The Slow and Often Painful Evolution of an Aging Woman

My sister gave me these socks for Christmas, 2004. About two weeks before she passed away. I haven't told anyone this...but most every morning I pull them out of the drawer and snoozle my face down into them...hoping to smell my sister's touch.
I am a 50 year old unemployed mom. My husband is a Handy Guy and the best Dad on the face of the planet. Times have been tough but we're getting through it together. I no longer want to conquer the world. I just want to enjoy life with my family and ease my way into the Golden Years slowly and gently.
