Sister in law was arrested in California for DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of meth amphetamines. Older Girl, Younger Girl and Oldest girl were in the car with her. Oldest girl was also arrested for possession of marijuana. She's the one who was recently diagnosed with schitzophrenia.
Husband's brother bailed them out of jail by using all of the money they had saved for a house downpayment.
My heart is breaking for the kids....especially Younger Girl. She hasn't got a chance in hell for a decent life.
